ReRun is metadata-only.
Terms of Use
Effective: July 11, 2026 · Terms version: 2026-07-11
These Terms govern your use of r3run.com, ReRun TV, and ReRun addon endpoints (together, “ReRun”). By selecting “I agree,” turning on ReRun TV after receiving conspicuous notice, copying an addon link, installing the addon, or otherwise using ReRun, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use ReRun.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. ReRun is not directed to children under 13.
What ReRun provides
ReRun is a metadata-only engine that turns an authorized host catalog into deterministic schedules, channels, guide windows, quality evidence, and join-live offsets. It does not host, locate, resolve, proxy, or play media. Era personalization is not an authoritative historical record.
Host catalog and playback
ReRun does not grant rights to any catalog item. The integrating host is responsible for catalog authorization, territory and policy checks, media delivery, player behavior, and compliance with applicable law. Production rights controls default to deny.
Acceptable use
You may use ReRun only for lawful purposes and with catalogs you are authorized to process. You must not use ReRun to infringe rights, evade controls, expose credentials, attack systems, submit harmful material, or interfere with the service. We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or discontinue access to protect the service and rights holders.
Catalog metadata
Ratings, genres, and other host-supplied metadata can be incomplete or wrong. ReRun is not parental-control software. Hosts and viewers remain responsible for reviewing content suitability.
Your submissions
You retain rights you have in schedule suggestions and other feedback. You give ReRun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and incorporate that feedback to operate and improve the service. You represent that you may lawfully submit it and that it does not contain confidential information or violate another person’s rights.
ReRun intellectual property
ReRun’s original software, branding, interface, text, and schedule presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to host catalog metadata or media.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights and may remove or disable references, results, or access when given a sufficiently specific, good-faith notice. Instructions for copyright notices and counter-notices are in the Copyright & Takedown Policy. Notices may be sent to [email protected]. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReRun is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant host catalogs, metadata, rights decisions, or playback. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReRun and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access; third-party conduct; or claims arising from content or services outside our control. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from ReRun will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid ReRun during the preceding twelve months. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ReRun and its operator from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply where prohibited or to the extent a claim was caused by the operator’s own unlawful conduct.
Changes, suspension, and termination
ReRun may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue any feature. We may update these Terms; material changes will receive a new effective date and may require renewed agreement. You may terminate this agreement at any time by stopping use. Provisions that logically should survive termination will survive.
General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Copyright Policy are the entire agreement concerning ReRun, except for rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive. No governing-law, venue, arbitration, or class-action waiver is selected here; obtain local legal advice before adding one.
