Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the operator of ReRun handles information on the public website, synthetic demo, and metadata-only Engine API. ReRun does not use advertising or sell personal information.

Information we handle

• Requests and security data: IP address, request path, date and time, user agent, response status, and error or security events may be processed by our server, network provider, and Cloudflare.
• Features you use: channel, guide, schedule, and authorized catalog parameters may be processed to return metadata-only results. The public demo is synthetic and makes no media requests.
• Information you submit: authorized integration operators may submit catalog metadata through authenticated interfaces. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information as catalog data.
• Browser storage: the public site may remember interface preferences in your browser until you clear site data.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure ReRun, generate schedules, remember preferences, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to requests, and comply with law. We do not use it for targeted advertising or build advertising profiles.

Infrastructure providers

Network delivery, security, database, and font providers may receive ordinary request metadata needed to operate the service. They control their own privacy practices. The synthetic demo does not contact media or catalog providers.

Retention and security

Request and application logs are retained on a size-limited, rotating basis unless an incident requires longer preservation. Metadata caches expire according to operational periods. We use access controls, encryption in transit, rate limits, and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may clear local browser storage, avoid optional submissions, and stop using the service. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted—or to ask a privacy question—email [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

ReRun is intended for people age 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact [email protected].

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service or law changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date and may require renewed acknowledgement. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
